Pricing

Wavry uses a simple split:

  • Open-source path (AGPL-3.0): free when your use follows AGPL obligations.
  • Commercial path: for teams that want exclusion from AGPL obligations and/or want to use the hosted Wavry cloud service.

Open-Source Path (Free)​

If you release and operate under AGPL-3.0 obligations, you can use Wavry and the RIFT implementation for free.

Commercial Pricing​

Small Team (1-5 seats)​

  • $7/month flat for up to 5 users
  • or $70/year flat for up to 5 users

Medium Team (6-20 seats)​

  • $50/year base
  • +$4 per seat/year
  • Minimum 6 seats, maximum 20 seats

Formula:

Total yearly cost = $50 + ($4 × seat_count)

Large Team (21+ seats)​

  • $100/year base
  • +$5 per seat/year
  • Minimum 21 seats

Formula:

Total yearly cost = $100 + ($5 × seat_count)

SaaS / Integration Tier (Required Contact)​

If your company wants to:

  • Run Wavry as a SaaS offering, or
  • Integrate Wavry directly into a commercial service platform,

you must contact contact@wavry.dev for a direct agreement.

Nonprofit / Public-Good Waiver​

If a company is using Wavry for nonprofit or public-good work, a free yearly commercial license can be granted upon request.
